Welcome to a powerful and deeply transformative workshop from “Way of the Heart” cycles with Vasanti:

It is a weekend workshop for singles and couples to dive deeply into the fine art of relating.

I, You, We…They are the milestones of the relationship. I am connected with myself. I feel You. We share and We create an energy greater than us.

The couple relationship, whatever its form, is a powerful Matrix that generates many projections where it is very easy to get lost by deviating from the original essence and from the true quality of the relationship. Men and women desperately and illusorily seek in each other what they deny themselves.

The relationship is a powerful revealer of ourselves that can exasperate us, but this marvelous laboratory is a space of maturity and extraordinary consciousness.

In a couples relationship we very often feel separation between love and sexuality. Shame, blame and fear is gathered around our body and we get stuck. This disconnection creates energetic blockage, lack of understanding and suffering throughout the generations.

The Tantric Path is a powerful way of transformation that allows the relationship to be a sacred space, where each partner could share his/hers deep nature with the other, in all the colors of his being.

Tantric practice brings couples back to a sacred dimension and aliveness including sexuality in the relationship. The therapeutic tools we use allow us to decode the enigmas of the relationship that sometimes lead couples into unconscious sabotage.

This weekend workshop will invite you to:

❤️Dare to meet from your vulnerability and its many facets in order to be fully yourself in the bond and allow yourself to be without the mask

❤️Introspect on questions such as: the form of relationships that suits me, awareness of my “attachment style”, commitment and freedom, attaching yourself without tying yourself up

❤️Get out of judgment and deep into acceptance and love

❤️There will be exercises, contacts, massages, movements, sharing, meditations, celebrations, rituals etc.

Tantric practice allows you to feel with awareness what is happening and to remain fully present whatever the experience.

The workshop is suitable both for singles and couples.

The workshop will be in English, with occasional translation to Estonian where needed.

FACILITATOR: VASANTI

Born in Bourgogne (France), mother of three children, Vasanti is an international Tantra facilitator, certified body psychotherapist of Sexual Grounding Therapy, Character-Analytic Vegetotherapy (VGA) and Original Body Therapy of Wilhelm Reich practitioner. She was also the training facilitator for the ”Ecstasy and Love” training with Margot Anand until 2014.

For more than 20 years, Vasanti's work has been deeply influenced by the vital force or sexual energy that constitutes our being and allows love to express itself. Whether through Tantra, through the teaching of Wilhelm Reich, or through Sexual Grounding Therapy, her work bridges between therapeutic work, ancestral rituals and Tantra.

Vasanti's work and courses are a lot about the integration of the complexity of a person in his psychic, physical and spiritual reality. In order to open ourselves to a better understanding of the functioning of sexual energy and to develop healthy relationships.

She has more than 20 years of experience of facilitating groups and courses.

She has had multicultural experiences with working people in France, Russia, Ukraine and many other countries. Vasanti is also a resident teacher of the annual Ibiza Tantra Festival.

Inspired by my travels in India and the Shivaite teaching of Babaji, by meeting remarkable beings and very complementary schools, and by my life as a woman and mother.
