Experience

I have been teaching weekly yoga classes since 2011, sharing my passion for yoga in Estonia and internationally.

In 2021, I left a nearly decade-long career in Human Resources and office management to fully dedicate myself to yoga and teaching.

Today, I teach yoga classes for private and corporate clients, both in person and online. I facilitate women's circles  and retreats, and regularly teach at festivals. My classes are offered in both Estonian and English.

Alongside this, I also organize workshops and retreats with guest teachers.

I am also a co-creator of Jooganädal Muhu Namastes, a yearly yoga week held on the picturesque Estonian island of Muhumaa.

My Story

I was born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia.

From early on I carried a quiet sense that life held more than what could be seen - a deep curiosity toward something essential, true, and not yet understood.

My connection to Yoga and Tantra began in my teens, when I first came across books that quietly pointed toward these teachings.  At 18, while living in Germany, I found my first book on Tantra - and something within me immediately recognized the path I would one day follow.  Still, it took many years of exploration and inner searching before I fully stepped into a journey of self-discovery.

My yoga journey became more tangible in 2007, through a dedicated Ashtanga practice. It was a period of both inner search for meaning and outer challenge, where yoga practice and discipline became a way to find steadiness and clarity within.

In 2009, I attended my first Tantra workshop in Estonia. It was a moment deep recognition. Soon after, I was introduced to traditional Hatha Yoga, which resonated deeply and marked the beginning of a new chapter. This path led me into an  intensive immersion in Yoga and traditional Tantra in Koh Phangan, Thailand, which became a profoundly transformative phase of my life.

These years of study and practice opened me, challenged me, and reshaped my understanding of myself and life.

They brought deep healing, insight, and completely new direction. The yogic community of Koh Phangan became a place of learning and devotion  - a spiritual home I returned to for many years.

My life has unfolded in cycles - of clarity and uncertainty, expansion and surrender. Gradually, my practice has shifted from seeking answers to cultivating a deeper capacity for inner listening and presence. Yoga and Tantra have remained

my anchor - a continuous return to truth, presence, clarity and trust.

Over time, my path has naturally expanded into a deeper exploration of feminine wisdom. My studies in women's health, Womb Yoga and holistic approaches to supporting women through different stages of life have become an integral part of my work through women's circles, retreats and individual sessions.

Throughout the years, I have studied with many teachers and explored different traditions. Yet what has stayed with me most is not any single system, but the lived transformation that comes through practice itself.

Today I continue this path - as a student of life. What I share arises from experience, and from a continuous unfolding rather than finished understanding.

My greatest teacher has always been life itself - the mysterious and ever changing journey of womanhood, motherhood, and love.
